Approach
The Vendor and Contract Manager is being designed around a simple principle: important vendor information should be easy to find, understand, and act on. The application is bringing vendor records, contracts, documents, obligations, and related information into a consistent workflow. The focus is on creating a clean interface with clear navigation, predictable interactions, and structured data rather than building a collection of disconnected features. The project is also being developed with maintainability and future deployment in mind. The current objective is to make the application easy for another user to run and test locally with documented setup instructions, while keeping the architecture suitable for eventual production deployment.
Outcomes
